YTC meets resolves on taxation; reiterates for peaceful environment

DIMAPUR, JULY 3 (MExN): The Yimchungru Tribal Council (YTC) the Apex body of the Yimchungru community,   during its emergency meeting on Sunday on the current impasse of GPRN/NSCN, has resolved not to give taxation to both the parties of GPRN/NSCN till further order, “unless they made clearance as one faction”.   “If any individuals or group of both the parties of GPRN/NSCN violate this resolution, the Yimchungru Tribal Council shall start non- co-operation and stringent action shall initiate against the particular groups and individuals”, stated a press note received here.  
The Yimchungru Tribal Council has notified that this order will monitor with effect from the date of
publication and also informed to all the Villages councils and Tribal units under Yimchungru jurisdiction to follow up and strictly implement the order in the larger interest of the general public. The Yimchungru Tribal Council (YTC) on Sunday reiterated to all the factions to shun violence, kidnapping, threat   and other activities of unwanted social elements within its jurisdiction in order to create a congenial peaceful atmosphere within the society, this has been resolved basing on the ENPO resolution made on 18th December 2007 at Tuensang, to cease all kind of hostility within its jurisdiction for the common profitable of the general public.
