MOKOKCHUNG, APRIL 8 (MExN): Deputy Commissioner Thsuvisie Phoji has announced a restriction on vehicles with 10 wheels and above on National Highway 702D, effective from May onwards. The order has been issued in view of the poor bearing capacity of the sub-grade of NH 702D, and will remain in effect until the road is fully upgraded to a 2-lane NH specification. The restriction will last through the monsoon season.
