DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 9 (MExN): The 13th Inter-ward football tournament in Peren kicked off today at Peren Town Local Ground, organized by Peren Town Youth Organization (PTYO).
The program was graced by Keyirangding Hegui, Project Director (PD), DRDA Phek. He asked the participants to possess self control and discipline; and to play with game and team spirit.
The program was successfully carried out with an Invocation by Haiku Nza, Pastor, Peren Town Baptist Church; followed by a welcome address from Nduzeu Herie, President, Peren Town Youth Organization (PTYO).
This was followed by a song by Yipunchule Ndang; lighting of the tournament by Puiheilung Insing, Best Player 2017; and Oath Taking by Hiaroyi Insing, Games and Sports Secretary, (PTYO). Kangyichule Hegui was the compere of the program.
