The 14th Kohima District Table Tennis Championship-cum-Veterans Opens concluded on August 14 at the Indoor Table Tennis Stadium, Kohima, under the aegis of the Kohima District Table Tennis Association (KDTA). The three-day event, held from August 14 to 16, witnessed the participation of 82 players, including 65 men and 17 women, competing across various categories.
The championship was supported and sponsored by parents and guardians of budding TT players, along with veterans of the sport. The top three players in each category have been selected to represent Kohima district at the upcoming Inter-District Table Tennis Championship. In the individual titles, Seyievilie Seyie clinched the Men’s Singles crown for the sixth time, while Thejavinuo Rio claimed the Women’s Singles title for the eighth tim
