Tribal Brothers and Jakhama Youth Organization today registered wins in their respective matches at the ongoing 19th NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2018 here at Kohima Local Ground.
Tribal Brothers downed A Yhome FC 3-1 in the first match of the day. Shurhosul Zhotso contributed two goals for the winning team Tribal Brothers in the 45th and 75th minute while Laiwang added another goal for the team in the 70th minute.
A solitary goal in favour of A Yhome FC came through the boot of Vilhoubeituo Yhome in the 84thminute. Tribal Brothers will now face High School Taxi Drivers XI on October 2.
In the second match of the day, Jakhama YO blanked Fortunate Youth FC 5-0. Avito Khieya fetched a hat trick for Jakhama YO in the 17th, 21st and 41st minute.
Swedevito Tase and Kikosato Tetso scored a goal each in the 44th and 65th minutes respectively. Jakhama YO will now clash with Centurion FC on October 3.
