Mao Students’ Union and Nagaland United Sports Club today registered win in their respective match and entered the quarter finals at the ongoing 25th Anniversary Edition of the NSF Martyrs’ Memorial Trophy 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.

Mao Students’ Union defeated New Market FC 3-2 in the 5th pre-quarter match.
Lohrü Kaisü netted twice for Mao Students’ Union in the 48th and 87th minute.
W John fetched a winning goal for the team in the 90th minute.
Letkokia Kuki and Haoneo Kuki netted a goal each for New Market FC in the 17th and 38th minute respectively.
Match patron Neikhozo Suokhrie, Chairman, Kohima Municipal Council felicitated W.John of MSU with “Player of the Match” award.
Nagaland United Sports Club defeated Dimapur Chaos 7-0 in the 6th pre-quarter finals.
Yhoto Lohe opened the account for Nagaland United Sports Club in the 8th minute.
Arap Konyak increased the score tally in the 15th minute, followed by Sanathoi Meitei (17th minute), Joel Haokip (51st minute), Jenish Singh (63rd minute), Manton (75th minute) and Ghuqhe Chishi (89th minute).
