Wins for Ziekezou SC, Sechü Zubza FC

Ziekezou SC and Sechü Zubza FC today won their respective matches at the ongoing 2nd Kohima Football League 2018 here at the Kohima Local Ground.  

In the first match of the day, Ziekezou SC defeated Khriekesa FC Meriema 2-1.   Vilhoubeituo Yhome and Neikethozo Yhome netted one each for Ziekezou in the 3rd and 86th minute, respectively. The lone goal for Khriekesa FC came through Vimelie Chasie in the 13th minute.  

Sechü-Zubza FC downed Vanguard FC Tseminyu 6 – 2.  

The scorers for Sechü Zubza FC included Khiuwangbo Kaurintah (5th minute), Noune Medoze (8th minute), Shürhosül Zhotso (38th minute), Petevizo Kezieo (41st minute), Hanglen Chang (84th minute) and Aloumei Panmei (93rd minute).  

Yhunshalo Kemp and Mathew Kezhose netted a goal each for Vanguard FC in the 50th and 70th minute, respectively.  

Sebastian Rasmusen, an international coach from Sweden graced Saturday’s matches as Special Guest. He is currently coaching under-17 boys at the ongoing football coaching camp at IG Stadium in Meriema.  

After the second match, the players and fans of Sechü Zubza FC and the volunteers of National Service Scheme (NSS) from Baptist College Kohima tidied the ground and discarding the trash left by the spectators.
