The grand finale of the 6th Kohima district open volleyball tournament 2018 (Men & Women) under the aegis of Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA) will take place on November 24 at 1:00 PM at Kohima Local Ground.
In today’s quarter final match in men’s category, Kiruphema Youth Organization defeated Khwiino Spikers, Khonoma via 3-2 sets, while Kenuozou Youth Organization overpowered Unified Sporting Club, Kiruphema in three straight set.
Neichazou Volleyball Club, Mima defeated Zenith Club, Kezo Town via 3-1 set while Phesama Youth Organization registered victory over Nerhema Youth Organization through 3-1 set.
Phesama Youth Organization will face Kenuozou Youth Organization in the first semi final on November 24 at 9:00.
Kiruphema Youth Organization will face Neichazou Volleyball Club in the second finals.
Meanwhile, the 9th and 10th league match in women’s category will start from 9:00 AM. It will be followed by the final match.
Col. Debraj Bhattacharya, commandant 3rd Assam Rifles will grace the closing ceremony as special guest at 1:00 PM.
