AYhome FC (Kohima) and Langsa Hill FC (Mon) today registered win in their respective matches at the ongoing 9th Capt. N. Kenguruse, MVC Memorial Football Tournament 2025 at Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima.
AYhome FC registered a hard-fought 3–2 victory over Bhandari FC (Wokha) in the first match. Kevizakie netted the opener goal for A Yhome FC in the 18th minute

puvi contributed a goal each for the team in the 57th and 84th minute respectively.
RenjamoMozhui and Sungchung fetched a goal each for Bhandari FC in the 17th and 66th minute respectively.
Langsa Hill FC blanked Defenders FC (Kiphire) 10-0 in the second match.
From the first whistle, Langsa Hill controlled the rhythm and intensity of the match, asserting pure domination in every area of the pitch.
With an overwhelming 66.53% ball possession, Langsa Hill FC opened its account in the 20th minute through Ghuqhe, who later netted two more goals in the 40th and 51st minute to complete a hattrick.
Eshong netted five goals for the team in the 22nd, 47th, 55th, 59th and 73rd minute.
Hivika and Vinato also connected a goal each in the 34th and 49th minute respectively.
