Army recruitment rally commences at Zbto from Mar 24

Kohima, March 21 (MExN): The Army Recruitment Rally at Zunheboto will be held from March 24 to 30 at the DC ground, Zunheboto. The recruitment will be done for youth belonging to all the districts of Nagaland only for the post of Soldier General Duties (GD).  The recruitment is open for un-married male candidates only.
The eligibility conditions for the post of soldier (GD) are as follows: Candidates born not before March 24, 1990 and born not after September 24, 1993 (both days inclusive), and those who have passed minimum 8th class, are eligible for recruitment.
The screening of candidates will commence at 6:00 am on each day of the rally, commencing from March 24. The daily schedule of the rally is as follows (candidates are advised to be present at the venue of the rally accordingly): March 24 , 2011, 6:00 am for candidates from Zunheboto, Tuensang, Dimapur, Kiphire, Peren and Mon districts only for Soldier (GD) category.
On March 25, 6:00 am for candidates from Wokha, Kohima, Phek, Mokokchung and Longleng districts only for soldier (GD) category. On March 30 , 6:00 am onwards, for verification and conduct of written test for all the candidates of soldier (GD) category, who have been found to be medically fit.  
Medical examination and documentation of the remaining candidates, will continue upto March 28 March 2011 and those candidates who clears the medical examination, will appear for the Common Entrance Exam (CEE), at the DC Ground, Zunheboto on March.
 Medical examination will be conducted only for those candidates who have passed the Physical Fitness Tests (PFT), Physical Measurement Tests and whose documents are in order. On January 30, 2011 from 7:00m am onwards: Verification and conduct of written test for all selected medically fit candidates of all categories, except for soldier (NA) and DSC categories.  
For detailed enquiries, candidates should contact / visit the nearest Army Recruitment Office / the nearest Army / Assam Rifles Unit / Sainik Board Office / DC Office.
Candidates are advised not to fall prey to touts and persons posing as recruitment agents by demanding money from them, against promises of recruitment. Such people will only cheat the candidates of  their money as no money is required to be paid  for recruitment carried out through the offices of the Army Recruiting Offices.
