Bogus institutes and fake degrees in Nagaland

With reference to the news that the Govt hospitals in Dimapur and Kohima should allow the students of private schools to join, this is not fair and in fact dangerous. The nursing council clearly stipulates the no. of students according to the no. of beds and therefore de recognition is likely with any lateral enter of new students who were admitted in other institutes as first come first serve (nurses, pharmacist and lab technicians should take note) .
These private institutes should be closed down and the management should reimburse all the affected students for fees, year lost etc. Any one wishing to open a new institute should first get all the affiliations etc first and then follow admission. At this rate any tom, dick and harry will open a school and when they get into trouble will request the Govt to recognize them or get the necessary affiliation for them.
In fact this is very convenient for the managements after years of milking innocent students with fake degrees they are asking the Govt to solve their problems. All those involved should go to jail. If this had happened in any other place most likely the people will be booked for cheating the people. Or is it the Govt trying to shield some one???? Any sensible persons will know that this is an absolute case of cheating therefore the Govt should not try to cover up those involved. All compensation should be realized from these bogus institute and shut down till proper procedures are complete and all involved should be in jail. The question of giving untrained quacks, Govt jobs should not arise because this involves patients, with wrong diagnosis or treatment fatalities may happen, which I suppose could be you or me or any officers from the Govt or any of the relatives, God forbid. Therefore no discussions. Take punitive action as soon as possible or someone should file a PIL in the courts.
