DIMAPUR, MARCH 28 (MExN): The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, has released Rs 37 crore for the payment of Post Matric Scholarships to ST students in Nagaland, the Directorate of Higher Education announced. The department stated that the Scheme Implementing Agency will soon disburse the funds into beneficiaries' accounts upon completion of necessary formalities. The agency acknowledged the efforts of Nagaland's Minister of Higher Education and Tourism for his role in coordinating with the central ministry to facilitate the fund's release.
