KOHIMA, AUGUST 11 (MExN): Nagaland Home Commissioner, Abhijit Sinha has informed that the State level function for the celebration of 75th Independence Day will be held at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza on August 15.
All officers and staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat have been directed to attend the programme positively. The staff may use the Secretariat buses, which will start from their respective pick-up points at 8:00 AM. Further, they have also been directed to attend the evening celebration at the Secretariat Plaza, informed press release issued through the DIPR.
All Administrative Heads of Departments have been requested to make arrangements for taking the attendance of their respective staff present in the function and submit the attendance sheet to the Home Department, Secretariat for necessary action. The supervisor will take attendance of the Grade IV staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.
As per the release, the I-Day programme will also be attended compulsorily by all the officers and staff of the following Directorates located around the vicinity of Nagaland Secretariat Complex: DUDA, Economics & Statistics, Health & Family Welfare, Higher and Technical Education, Horticulture, IDAN, Information & Public Relations, Land Resources, Public Health Engineering, Rural Development, Sericulture, Social Welfare, Treasuries & Accounts, Urban Development, and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services.
All the concerned Heads of Departments have been directed to make arrangements for taking the attendance of their respective staff present in the function and submit the attendance sheet to the Home Commissioner's Office for necessary action, it added.
