CHÜMOUKEDIMA, MARCH 28 (MExN): The Chümoukedima Town Council (CTC) has issued a directive banning the formation and operation of illegal organizations within its jurisdiction. The order, issued by the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) and Executive Officer of the CTC, comes in response to concerns over the growing presence of unregistered groups operating in the area.
The directive stated that such organizations, which are not legally recognized, pose a threat to public safety and security. As per the order, all existing unregistered organizations or associations in the Chümoukedima Town Council area must cease their operations immediately, including any unlawful collections.
The ADC and Executive Officer further stated that any attempt to form new organizations without proper registration would also be prohibited, urging all wards to comply with the ban. The dissolution of all unregistered organizations within the Chümoukedima jurisdiction is effective immediately.
