Dimapur, June 15 (MExN): Dimapur Police recovered an unidentified man, believed to be between 50 and 60 years of age, who was found dead at an auto parking area below the flyover in Dimapur on June 13.
According to police, telephonic information regarding the incident was received at East Police Station at around 2 pm, following which duty personnel rushed to the spot for verification.
An inquest was conducted over the body, and after completion of all legal formalities, the deceased was shifted to the District Hospital Dimapur mortuary for post-mortem examination and identification.
Police said the deceased was wearing a brown T-shirt and red half pants at the time of recovery.
Claimants, relatives or friends of the deceased have been requested to contact the Officer-in-Charge of East Police Station, Dimapur, on mobile number 7085055020 to assist in establishing the identity of the deceased.
