Dimapur, December 12 (MExN): The Dimapur District Football Association (DDFA) Super League knockout 1st Leg semi final was played here today at the DDSC Stadium Dimapur between Burma Camp United and DYC. A press note issued by Joseph Sumi, president and Rhibizo Peseyie, general secretary DDFA stated that the match was won by DYC (2-1) defeating Burma Camp United. The referee of today’s match was: main referee- Avar, linesan-Gangpu, Temjen and the fourth referee-G.Kami. The winner of today’s match DYC will now meet the winner of the next 2nd semi final match to be played between Legends F.C vs Dynamic FC at the same venue at 2:00 pm on December 13, 2011.The final match will be held on December 15, 2011 at 1:30 pm.
The note also mentioned that all are welcome to witness the matches. There will be raffle draw of lots amongst the season’s donor’s tickets holder on the same day. The note further said, “Come and be part of the game, participate and promote the youths through football”.
