Kohima, June 16 (MExN): Er Tiameren Walling was sworn in as the Chairman-cum-Member of the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) at a ceremony held at Dr Imkongliba Ao Hall, Lok Bhavan, Kohima, on June 16.
Nagaland Governor Nand Kishore Yadav administered the Oath of Office and Oath of Secrecy in the presence of Chief Secretary Sentiyanger Imchen, IAS, senior government officials, dignitaries and invited guests.
According to a PRO Raj Bhavan report, the swearing-in ceremony marked Walling's formal assumption of office as Chairman-cum-Member of the state's electricity regulatory body.
