Kohima, June 11 (MExN): The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) has informed the heads of institutions that the Governor’s Felicitation Programme for toppers, rank holders, achievers in Modern Indian Languages (MILs), Skill Subjects, PCM and PCB streams in Science, and recipients of the Governor’s Awards in various categories of the HSLC and HSSLC Examinations 2026 will be held on June 17 at 11 am at Dr Imkongliba Ao Hall, Lok Bhavan, Kohima.
According to the notification, toppers, rank holders and achievers selected for the Governor’s Awards have been invited to attend the programme. Owing to space constraints, parents and heads of institutions have not been invited to the event.
The Board has requested heads of institutions to inform the eligible toppers, rank holders and achievers who passed out from their respective schools to attend the programme without fail.
Schools have also been directed to send the confirmed list of participants to nagaboard@gmail.com on or before June 15 by 3 pm for onward submission to the Governor’s Secretariat.
All invitees have been asked to report to the venue by 10.30 am and be seated by 10.45 am. Students have also been advised to attend the programme in the uniforms of their previous schools.
