'Half done agreement' if solution is not inclusive: NNC (parent body)

DIMAPUR, OCTOBER 30 (MExN): The NNC (Parent Body) has voiced concern that if at all an agreement is signed as per the Government of India Interlocutor for Naga Peace Talks, RN Ravi’s imposed timeframe without all the stakeholders, it would be a “half done agreement or accord and a piecemeal political solution again for the Naga people.”

Information & Publicity Wing, NNC in a press statement said in such a scenario, the Interlocutor would be held entirely responsible as he alone was and is doing negotiation for the seven decades long problem of the Nagas without all the stakeholders and which will not be inclusive.

The NNC stated that such agreement would surely again divide the Nagas further and create more problems in the Naga homeland.
