It is a Godsend blessing to be an executive officer in Nagaland for 35 long years privileged by the state government in many ways.
Those lucky people, after enjoying their comfortable life for such a long period of time in their assigned authoritative positions in various departments, when go on superannuation retirement, I reckon they'll find themselves sort of eternity for a man to have his time all to himself.
Nontheless, they soon will began to feel that life now is a combination of relief from office works but boring and melancholy.
He'll become more conscious that he is having more time that he could manage.
The great irony is from one comfortable office with certain executive power he had now become a man with too much leisure time, but without anymore governmental power.
Most of those Superannuated Sirs, though their ages are evidently written on their faces yet, could think and act as if they are still very young.
Never know, some of these Superannuated fellows may think that the 35 blessed long years spent in the office is purely for government, and now retired life is to promote themselves in the Society.
With that kind of erroneous thinking some could even take the most unexpected decision not in accordance with fact, and those Superannuated persons whose days of relevance are reduced to retirement may become the most aggressive wannabe in electioneering politics, or could become the main trouble maker in Churches or could even become the much talk about the modern BOZO in various Non Governmental Civil Society organizations.
Therefore, it is my humble suggestion to the serving government officials in Nagaland to take proper steps in preparing for adjusting their retired lives.
Nagaland is blessed by the nature in many ways.
One can become a very successful modern farmer with the assistance under multiple schemes provided by government of India technically and financially.
r the best way to keep going is-start something that gets you gently moving for contributing your vast experience and wisdom to the upcoming generations in properly organized manner supported by government of India to promote the quality of living standard for every citizens in India.
Or' if one's love nature and wildlife our state is one such unexplored land with an ample scopes for raking hay meadows, monitoring Amur Falcons, wild pachyderm, Bee farming, organic farming, fish farming, recording wildlife helping, or taking part in citizen science projects fully supported by various UN agencies and GOI for such as Green carbon credits projects, waste management, flora and fauna counts... etc at commercial scale.
Charities can always use a helping hand-whether that's delivering food to homeless, Clothes to orphans or those support less senior citizens under the humanitarian care policies of UN agencies and GOI through various international and government of India approved financial institutions.
One can also start business taking the maximum advantage provided under MSME, START-UP INDIA and opportunities given to the dedicated and honest entrepreneurs in various fields.
There are also some fantastic part time career roles for those retired professionals.
As a part time consultant, you exchange knowledge for money.
Under the innovative human resource development policies of GOI, every talented personalities irrespective of age or sex freelancing opportunities are provided in a big way for monetary benefits to skill up and imparting with quality education to the upcoming generations in digital India.

It is a considered fact that priority is always given to the tested qualified personalities in various fields, ofcourse, it's not that easy to get through the many competitive gates, nonetheless, I know for sure that there are many gifted Superannuated candidates from Nagaland who have got every qualities whatever it might take to go through there to contribute a lot for the nation.
Therefore, time is approaching for many talented fellow Naga government officials to go on superannuation retirement, so let's try to break that metaphorical wall between us and the world outside, since you're about to step out and explore the challenging and competitive world a head.
My sincere appeal to our esteemed Superannuated friends, Leave the Churches activity to those ordained community, Seriously think before plunging into the political sea of uncertainity, and measure your own quality before taking up any responsibility in various Non Governmental organizations lest your stupidity makes yourself the Pennywise the dancing clown of the day.
Nevertheless, be prepared in advance and remember, It always seems impossible until it's done.
Long live Mr Superannuated and being Superannuated.
