INTACH holds national heritage quiz in Dimapur

Dimapur, August 22 (MExN): The Dimapur round of the INTACH National Heritage Quiz for schools was held at Tulip Hall, Duncan Bosti, on August 21, with 60 students from six schools participating.

The competition featured 30 teams of two students each and comprised written and oral rounds.

The team of Akeho David Chisho and Shivanshu Khola, both Class 9 students of Hollotoli School, secured first position. The second position went to Chenoni Kent and Denai M Phom, both Class 8 students of Hollotoli School, while Sadhya Mishra and Vipi N Chishi of Class 8, Delhi Public School, secured third position.

The winning team will represent the Dimapur round at the regional round in Guwahati. If successful, the team will advance to the national round in New Delhi scheduled to be held in November.

The INTACH Nagaland Chapter congratulated the winners, participating schools and teachers for their support and encouraged students to continue nurturing their curiosity and interest in heritage.

The participating schools were Hollotoli School, Delhi Public School, Christian Higher Secondary School, Ram Janaki Higher Secondary School, El-Shaddai Academy and Little Star Higher Secondary School.
