Vanguard FC Old Boys registered a commanding 5-1 victory over Gideon Football Club in the ongoing Lobenkokba Memorial Morning Champions Cup 2025 at D Khel Ground, Kohima, on Wednesday.
Senpenlo starred for Vanguard with a hat-trick, scoring in the 18th, 25th, and 36th minutes. Apen and Benlo added to the tally with goals in the 27th and 48th minutes, respectively. Kevilekho netted the lone goal for Gideon FC. The next match will be played on August 7 between Morning FC and Eagle FC at 7:00 AM.
