ZUNHEBOTO, APRIL 1 (MExN): A meeting was convened at the DC Conference Hall on April 1 to address the ongoing Kheshepu issue. Both parties involved in the matter were called to attend the meeting, where a key decision was made regarding the next steps for resolution.
According to reliable sources, it was announced that all matters pertaining to the Kheshepu issue would be forwarded to the Government of Nagaland for further action. In the meantime, the status quo order issued by DC Zunheboto, Rahul Bhanudas Mali, will remain in effect.
It was also reported that both parties agreed to submit the issue to the state government for resolution. However, one party stressed that if the Government of Nagaland fails to resolve the matter, they may consider taking the issue to the High Court.
