Dimapur, April 8 (MExN): Five more Commands and Units of the Naga Army, GPRN/NSCN (Unification), deliberated on the prevailing situation and have decided to resolutely support President, General (Retired) MB Neokpao Konyak, and Ato Kilonser Alezo Venuh’s leadership unwaveringly, stated a press release from the MIP, GPRN/NSCN.
The names of the Naga Army Commands and Units are: Ao Region Command led by Commander Colonel Tongpangnungshi and Second-in-Command Lieutenant Takoklimba; Sumi Region Command led by Commander Colonel Hoikhu Zhimomi and Second-in-Command Major Vika Aye; Lotha Region Command led by Commander Colonel Mhachan and Second-in-Command Lieutenant Major Thungro; Chakhesang Region Command led by Commander Lieutenant Colonel Sheveyi and Second-in-Command Captain Chevosa; and Angami Region Command led by Commander Colonel Pitovi.
