KOHIMA, SEPTEMBER 24 (MExN): The Nagaland Archery Association (NAA) will conduct state selection trials on October 10 at the DGP Archery Ground, Chümoukedima, to shortlist archers for the upcoming Senior National Archery Championship scheduled in December at Hyderabad.
According to NAA secretary Asalie Peseyie, the trials will be held in Indian Round, Recurve and Compound disciplines for both men and women. The top three scorers in each category will qualify to represent Nagaland at the nationals.
The association has requested all affiliated district associations to send their archers and submit the list of participants by October 6. It further informed that a coaching camp for the selected archers will be organised at a later date, details of which will be announced later.
