Kohima, August 20 (MExN): The Nagaland Contractors and Suppliers’ Union (NCSU) made its maiden visit to Jo Foundation Inclusive School at Agri Colony, Kohima, as part of the 80th Indian Independence Day celebrations on August 20.
During the visit, NCSU President Pele Khezhie and Secretary John Kath encouraged the school, its students and parents during the visit and assured that the union would extend assistance whenever required.
A highlight of the visit was the distribution of Gideon Bibles to all children and faculty members, along with snacks while the students recited the Lord’s Prayer in Hindi, followed by a mass prayer, informed a press release.
Proprietor Dr Asunu Thong expressed gratitude to the NCSU for its contribution.
