Nagaland media team interacted with the officials and members of the Shillong Press Club at Shillong during its courtesy visit to the later office on March 25.
SPC President, Deimaia Lang Siangshai accorded welcome to 11 media team from Nagaland who are currently in Shillong as part of media exposure tour to Shillong and Guwahati.
Both side shared views on the mode of journalist pension scheme and other welfare packages and logistic support being extended to the accredited journalists by the respective state government.
The members vowed to maintain good relationship and to strengthen each other in media related activities. Nagaland media team also invited SPC to visit Nagaland during Hornbill Festival 2025.
Meanwhile, Nagaland media team leader S Hongpi Konyak thanked SPC for their welcome and kind gesture towards the visiting team.
