The Wokha District Village Development Board Association (WDVDBA) has officially inducted a new leadership team for the 2025-2029 tenure. The induction ceremony took place at the Wokha District Village Council Chairman Association (WDVCCA) & WDVDBA multipurpose hall, with representatives from all seven blocks of Wokha District in attendance on April 7.
WDVDBA team includes: President-Benathung Tsanglao (Wozhuro Block); Vice Presidents: Chumthungo Ngullie (Chukitong Block), James Kikon (Bhandari Block), Woben Humtsoe (Ralan Block), Nchumthung Odyuo (Sanis Block); General Secretary: Benathung Murry (Sanis Block); Joint Secretaries: Khekavi Chishi (Changpang Block), Khojamo Ezung (Ralan Block), Thungchibemo Shitiri (Sanis Block), Chumbenthung Ennie (Wokha Block); Finance Secretary: Lipanthung Ezung (Wokha Block); Assistant Finance Secretary: John Kikon (Bhandari Block); Press and Information Secretary: Chichamo Kithan (Wokha Block); Manthungo Kikon (Changpang Block) and Mhondamo Shitiri (Chukitong Block) - official representatives of WDVDBA at Nagaland State Village Development Board Association (NSVDBA); Advisors: Mhondamo Shitiri, Rhonathung Lotha and Robin Humtsoe.
The selection of office bearers was overseen by the selection committee convenor, Mhondamo Shitiri, along with other members of the election committee.
