NF Railway to restore few train services

Maligaon, February 11 (MExN): The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to restore the services of some trains which were earlier planned to be cancelled for infrastructural development works in various locations of Katihar division and to ensure safety. Some trains will restore from February 12 and 13, Sabyasachi De, Chief Public Relations Officer stated in a press release. The restored train services include - one pair DEMU special train between Siliguri junction - Malda Court; one pair special train between Katihar – Malda Court and another pair train between Katihar - Malda Town. Moreover, Howrah – Katihar - Howrah express will partially restore between Malda Town and Katihar. 

Services of trains have been restored as under:

•    Train No. 07520 Siliguri Junction - Malda Court DEMU special, journey commencing on February 12

•    Train No. 07519 Malda Court - Siliguri Junction DEMU special, journey commencing on February 13

•    Train No. 05772/05771 Katihar – Malda Court - Katihar special, journey commencing on February 13

•    Train No. 05702 Katihar – Malda Town special, journey commencing on February 12 

•    Train No. 05701 Malda Town – Katihar special, journey commencing on February 13

Partial Restoration of trains:

•    Train No. 13033 Howrah - Katihar express, journey commencing on February 12 has been restored partially between Malda Town and Katihar stations.

•    Train No. 13034 Katihar – Howrah express, journey commencing on February 13 has been restored partially between Katihar and Malda Town stations.

Meanwhile, train No. 15464 Siliguri junction – Balurghat express, train No. 13174 Agartala – Sealdah express and train No. 12364 Haldibari – Kolkata express will start as per schedule on time.
