NFR informs on cancellation and diversion of trains 

Maligaon, April 19 (MExN): In view of 45 days traffic block at Gonda station of North Eastern Railway (NFR), few trains have been cancelled or diverted. 

Cancellation of train services: Train no. 04654 (Amritsar Jn.-New Jalpaiguri) Express commencing journey on April 19, 26 and May 3, 10, 17 & 24 and train no. 04653 (New Jalpaiguri-Amritsar Jn.) Express commencing journey on April 21, 28 and May 5, 12, 19 & 26 will remain cancelled.

Diversion of trains: Train no. 15705 (Katihar-Delhi) Express commencing journey on April 17, 20, 24, 27 and May 1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18, 22 & 25 will be diverted to run via Gorakhpur-Mankapur Jn.-Ayodhya-Barabanki. 

Train no. 15706 (DelhiKatihar) Express commencing journey on April 18, 21, 25, 28 and May 2, 5, 9, 12, 16, 19, 23 & 26 will be diverted via Barabanki-Ayodhya-Mankapur Jn.-Gorakhpur.

“The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available in IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of NF Railway. Passengers are requested to verify the details before undertaking their journey,” Sabyasachi De, Chief Public Relations Officer, NFR stated in a press release.
