CHÜMOUKEDIMA, APRIL 2 (MExN): Norman Putsure College hosted a photography workshop featuring J. Adam Huggins, an acclaimed photographer and photojournalist from Toronto, Canada. Known for his work with The New York Times, ELLE Magazine, and Der Spiegel, Huggins shared his expertise on travel and documentary photography.

With experience in over 20 countries, Huggins has documented the lives of manual laborers, fishermen, and marginalized communities in Japan, Alaska, and the Congo. He presented photography as both an artistic expression and a research-driven medium, illustrating its role in visual storytelling.

The session included an interactive discussion, where Huggins offered students technical and conceptual insights from his global experience. His work, exhibited at prestigious venues such as the Centre Pompidou (Paris) and the Shanghai Art Museum, provided inspiration for aspiring photographers.
