Dimpaur, March 25 (MExN): The Wung Tangkhul Region (WTR) of NSCN (IM) has resolved to invite all Tangkhul civil society organisations in order to come out with the best workable law to protect and preserve the wildlife in region.
To pass law to preserve wildlife was one of the two resolutions adopted during the Leacy Hoho Session of NSCN (IM) WTR on March 7, stated a press release from the MIP NSCN (IM).
The session also resolved to “control increasing workforce of non-Nagas in WTR,” it said.
“This necessitated not issuing new Work-Permit. However, the permit holder would get their Work-Permit renewed if so desire,” it added.
