NWA, KDWA mourns

Kohima, June 11 (MExN): The Nagaland Wushu Association (NWA) today mourned the demise of Kevilhousa Kense, General Secretary, Kohima District Wushu Association (KDWA).

In  a condolence message, NWA president Kudecho Khamo, MLA  and CAWD advisor, and NWA general secretary Vekhozo stated that Kense was an active member of the KDWA and rendered his dedicated service for the development and promotion of Wushu in Kohima district in particular and Nagaland in general.

“His sudden demise is a great loss to the Wushu family, and the void left by his passing will be difficult to fill,” it stated adding “Though you have left us today, your contributions to Wushu will always be remembered.”

“Kevilhousa was a dedicated and passionate member of our association whose commitment, leadership, and tireless efforts greatly contributed to the growth and development of Wushu in Kohima. His service, humility, and unwavering support for athletes and the sporting community will always be remembered with gratitude and respect,” stated KDWA in a separate condolence message received here.

His passing is an immense loss not only to the association but to the entire sporting fraternity, stated KDWA president Khisanol Viswentso.
