Dimapur, November 2 (MExN): The Department of Power has announced a temporary power shutdown in parts of Dimapur on November 3 and 4 to facilitate structural work, renovation and maintenance of the 33/11kV, 2x10 MVA Forest Substation.
A press release from the Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Dimapur, said that the shutdown will be carried out from 5:30am to 7:30am on both days. The affected areas will include Landmark Feeder, Khennahal Feeder and Notun Bosti Feeder.
The department has requested consumers, business establishments and local institutions in the affected areas to cooperate during the shutdown period. Normal power supply will be restored immediately after completion of the scheduled work each day.
