DIMAPUR, APRIL 6 (MExN): More than 450 students and over 20 staff members of St. Paul School, Purana Bazar, took part in the institution’s Annual Sports Meet, held March 27–29.
The event began with a ceremonial march past, as students proudly represented their respective houses, accompanied by an energetic performance from the school band.
In his opening address, the school’s Headmaster welcomed the participants and emphasized the role of sports in building discipline, teamwork, and resilience among students.
Chief Guest Rtd. Er. Hokhuvi Aye, Chairman of Purana Bazar, lauded the school’s commitment to holistic education. Addressing the gathering, he encouraged students to carry the values of dedication and perseverance beyond the field and into their daily lives.
The three-day event was coordinated by Mughato Assumi, Moamenla Jamir, and Mashungmi Yazing Shimray, along with a dedicated team of staff.
Assistant Headmaster Sri Nanda Sunar delivered a vote of thanks, acknowledging the efforts of the organizing team, staff, and students.
