The State-Level Volleyball Referee Course-cum-exam 2025 under the aegis of Nagaland Volleyball Association (NVA) and hosted by Kohima District Volleyball Association (KDVA), got underway today at Multipurpose Hall, Tsiesema.
Resource persons for the referee course includes- Ramesh Babu Vidyarthi, National Referee, Volleyball Federation of India and Dr. Harish Kumar Tiwari, FIVB Level-2 Coach Deputy Director of Sports, Nagaland University, Lumami.
Earlier, NVA vice president Tseibou Khusoh addressed the opening ceremony.
KDVA general secretary Khrietuo Angami chaired the inaugural function while KDVA president Visasielie Suhu delivered welcome address.
Altogether, 41 participants from seven districts- Kohima, Dimapur, Niuland, Chumoukedima, Phek, Mon and Shamator joined the course. It will continue till April 5.
