MOKOKCHUNG, November 3 (MExN): The Salangtem Youth Union (SYU) has postponed its Open Futsal Tournament, scheduled for November 3 to 5, 2026, to March 2027 due to technical difficulties. In a press release, the Union stated that the decision was taken during a consultative meeting on November 2, citing technical issues that could affect the overall standard and smooth conduct of the tournament. The exact dates for the rescheduled tournament will be announced later, it added. The Union apologised for the inconvenience caused to participating teams, players, supporters and sponsors, and thanked them for their patience and continued support.
