TUENSANG, SEPTEMBER 25 (MExN): Excel Naga, DEF Tuensang, Khiamniungan Sports Council and Pisgah United won their respective quarter final matches on Tuesday at the on-going Tuensang District Football Association Cup 2018, here at parade ground Tuensang.
In the first quarter final match, Excel Naga defeat 40th Assam Rifles 2-1. In the second quarter final match, played between DEF Tuensang and Oziepik FC, DEF Tuensang beat Oziepik FC 3-2. The third quarter final match saw Khiamniungan Sports Council edge out Donching Yangmai by 1 goal to nil.
In the last quarter final match, Pisgah United beat Vitao Ayie FC by3-1.
Meanwhile, the first ever Vphonenet intercom referees headphones was launched by the TDFA during the tournament today in order to ensure better, fair and efficient judgment from the referees.
