Maligaon, February 11 (MExN): In view of continuous upgradation of infrastructure, the timings of some mail/express trains have been revised at few stations over NFR. Under the jurisdiction of NFR, journey times of the affected trains have been reduced from 20 minutes to over an hour.
The timings of train No. 15602/15601 (Guwahati-Dhubri-Guwahati) Express revised at Guwahati, Kamakhya, New Bongaigaon, Kokrajhar, Fakiragram Jn., Sapatgram, Tipkai, Monglajhora, Basbari, Moterjhar, Golakganj, Gauripur and Dhubri stations w.e.f. February 28. The train No. 15602 (Guwahati-Dhubri) Express will depart from Guwahati at 22:50 hrs reducing its journey time by 65 minutes. Train No. 15601 (Dhubri-Guwahati) Express will depart from Dhubri at 7:00 am, instead of 7:10 am to arrive Guwahati at 14:50 hrs reducing its journey time by 40 minutes.
Timings of Train No. 15078 (Gomti Nagar-Kamakhya) Express revised at New Bongaigaon, Goalpara Town and Kamakhya stations w.e.f. February 27. The train will arrive at destination Kamakhya at 13:50 hrs to save its journey time by 40 minutes. Timing of train No. 15661 (Ranchi-Kamakhya) Express has been revised at Kamakhya station w.e.f. March 1. The train will arrive at Kamakhya at 23:05 hrs saving its journey time by 20 minutes.
