DIMAPUR, MARCH 29 (MExN): An unidentified female body was discovered near the old reservation counter at the Dimapur Railway Station on March 28.
According to Dimapur Police, the body was found at around 4:20 PM after a report from the Station Manager at the Government Railway Police Station (OPTG). Police reached the location and found a decomposed body, believed to be that of a woman aged approximately 20 to 25 years. The cause of death is suspected to be due to an illness, although further examination is pending. Following legal formalities, the body was taken to the District Hospital Morgue for post-mortem examination and identification.
The deceased was described as wearing a striped black and white shalwar, green pajama, and blue underwear, with a dark brown complexion.
