Dimapur, February 18 (MExN): “Use education as a tool to positively impact society,” musician Benny Prasad told students during an interaction at MGM College on February 18.
A press release from the college informed that Prasad, a Guinness World Record holder recognised as the fastest person to visit all 245 nations, also urged students to dream big and remain rooted in strong values.
Sharing his life testimony marked by faith, perseverance, discipline and an unwavering commitment to purpose, he exhorted students to pursue excellence with humility, courage and dedication, it stated.
Highlighting his Guinness World Record achievement, officially recognised by Guinness World Records, Prasad spoke about the challenges he faced and the lessons he learned while travelling across nations, cultures and continents.
His message emphasised unity, respect for diversity and the vital role of faith and character in effective leadership, the release added.
Prasad also presented a musical performance on the occasion, which concluded with a special prayer led by him.
Earlier, Dr R K Behera, Principal of MGM College, welcomed Prasad and highlighted the significance of such interactions for students.
The event aimed to motivate students and reinforce the institution’s emphasis on holistic education, the release added.
