Participants, winners, judges along with the NSS Officers and the principal of Sao Chang College, Tuensang during the district-level Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026 held February 26. Students engaged in a simulated parliamentary debate on the theme ‘50 Years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy.’ The programme was organised by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in collaboration with My Bharat Tuensang and the National Service Scheme (NSS), Sao Chang (Govt.) College, Tuensang. The initiative aimed to promote democratic awareness and encourage youth participation in the nation-building through informed discussion and debate.
