Dimapur, March 16 (MExN): The 37 Assam Rifles of 26 Sector under HQ IGAR(S) has constructed a water supply scheme under “Assam Rifles MCA PROJECT” in Aibol Joupi one of the remotest village in the Chandel district. Earlier the villagers had to fetch water from the nearest water source, approximately one km away from the village. With implementation of this scheme, water is now readily available to the villagers. This has been stated in release issued by the AR.

Dimapur, March 16 (MExN): Application from interested candidates are being accepted for the post of principal and teaching Staff for Assam Rifles Nodal School, Mantripukhri, Imphal. Willing candidates are requested to submit the same with their biodata, photographs and related documents, informed the AR in a press note. The note also stated that the candidate should have a good command on English language and adequate knowledge of Hindi. Last date of submission of application is 26 March 2011. Interview dates of candidates for Teachers and Principal are 28 and 29 March 2011 respectively at 10.00 am. The selected candidates will be paid a hand some salary.
