Dimapur, June 18 (MExN): The 27 Assam Rifles of 9 Sector under HQ IGAR(South) presented sports amenities to the orphan children of Kapaar Kachoung Orphange and Children Education Centre on June 18. Commander 9 Sector Assam Rifles presented the sports amenities to the children in a simple ceremony organized at Orphanage premises in the presence of Commandant 27 Assam Rifles and local populace and troops .
Commander 9 Sector Assam Rifles exhorted the students to pursue a path of all around development so as to grow into responsible citizens on whom the future of the country depends. Assam Rifles stands committed to continue its philanthropic endeavors and provided more assistance to the Orphanage to uplift the quality of life and bright future of the children.
