Members and representatives of various churches and Christian organisations participate in a protest march organised by the Council of Churches in Mizoram (CCM) in Aizawl on August 11, opposing the proposed amendments to the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA). The CCM called for wider stakeholder consultation and urged the Union Government to refer the proposed Bill to a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC).
