Dimapur, May 11 (MExN): The Dimapur Municipal Council has notified that from the record, it has been observed that many allottees of DMC New Market/ Old Market/ Millennium Market/ Hazipark Market have not yet executed formal agreement with DMC in respect of their stall allotment in accordance of DMC office notification dated November 12, 2010. A press note issued by Nikhashe Sema, chief executive officer, DMC, therefore, once again reminds all such allottees to come forward for execution of said agreement with DMC on or before May 31, 2011. Further, the allottees those who have already submitted the documents for execution of agreement are also asked to collect their respective agreement copy from DMC office on payment of requisite fees. “Failing to comply with this, the DMC authority may take legal course of action against the defaulter which may lead to cancellation of allotment order,” further stated the note.
