Kohima, April 15 (DIPR): Indian Navy will conduct recruitment rally for eligible candidates from Nagaland from 6:00 am onwards on April 29 at 16 Assam Rifles Ground, Kohima for enrolment to following trades:-
(a) To pass - Candidates should have passed 6th Class and born between 1 October 1990 to 30 September 1994 (both dates inclusive).
(b) Stewards and Cooks – Candidates should have passed Matric (10th Class) and born between 01 October 1990 to 30 September 1994 (both dates inclusive).
(c) Sailors Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR) – Candidates should have passed 10+2 with Maths & Physics; optional subjects Chemistry/Biology/Computer and born between 1st August 1990 to 31st July 1994 (both dates inclusive).
Written Test will be objective type comprising of English, Maths, Science and General knowledge. Successful candidates in the written test will undergo Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and Medical Examination.
Documents required:
(a) Matric & Above 10th Class Admit Card, Marks Sheet and Board Certificate and also to bring higher education admit card, Marks Sheet & Board Certificate
(b) Under Matric Transfer Certificate and Mark Sheet duly countersigned by DEO or DIS of the respective Districts/Zones.
Other documents:
(a) Indigenous Certificate issued by DC with photo affixed & signed by the DC.
(b) Caste/Tribe Certificate duly signed by DC/ADC only.
(c) Birth Certificate duly signed by Registrar of Birth & Deaths affixed with round stamp.
(d) Character Certificate signed by the GB/Headmaster/Police Station, not older than six months.
Along with originals, two sets of photocopies duly attested by gazetted officer of above documents and twelve recent passport photographs blue background developed through negatives.
Computer/digital generated will not be accepted.
