NSCBMDS warns individual, group over copyright issue

Dimapur, April 17 (MExN): The Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Memorial Development Society of Nagaland has stated that with a vision of recognition to our great national leader Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose and for the “preservation of this landmark in Nagaland, we formed this body on January 27, 2000 and registered on October 1, 2004 under the supervision of Er. Vekho Swuro”.
A press note issued by Zacuto Nyekha, chairman and Dupoyi Nyekha, secretary general  mentioned that attention of both the Central and state government has been drawn and therefore, some development have started coming to Chesezu Village through Art and Culture Tourism Department of Nagaland. However, it said that ‘some opportunists’ have started to take over the pioneer organization and snatched away the “hard earned fruit”.
It has warned any concerned individual/group who try to impersonate or encroach the copyright reserved of the right work (s) done by the legitimate Society of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Memorial Development Society of Nagaland will be dealt with stern action through legal terms.
The Society has brought out the record of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose at Chesezu village, Phek by publishing the book discovery of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose ‘Delhi Chalo Last Camp in Nagaland” which was published by the Mention Society and also the documentary film entitled “Netaji with the Nagas” which was released by Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio in the presence of Parliamentary Secretary of Tourism Yitachu at Chief Ministers official residence on January 10, 2009.
