Dimapur, May 15 (MExN): NNC has “strongly condemned” the newly formed "NNC set up" by V.Nagi who was expelled from the national service for he had violated the NNC Yehzabo and created divide and rule policies among the members.
The NNC in a press note stated that V.Nagi had inducted Khehoto Zhimo as Sumi Region supervisor and Yevishe as publicity wing, such appointment is against the agreement made by GPRN/NNC and FGN. “In the core committee resolution passed on 22nd Feb and 24th Feb 2011 at Khehoi camp, that no group will accept any person who deserted from other’s group such as Mr:- Khehoto, who was the Medan peyu under Brigadier tokugha, colleagues is accepted by V.Nagi as his Colleagues. Therefore, V.Nagi is also made a great mistake as per the agreement made as mentioned above – as such all groups should condemn his unbecoming activities which is purely against the commitment made by the highest bodies (sic),” it added.
Further it stated that V.Nagi electing Keviche Kimcho as NNC vice president is against the Yehzabo as Keviche had who committed crimes in the past. Therefore, V.Nagi should not mislead people and NNC anymore. “V.Nagi is doing diabolic schemes even Agnami’s region at large and may be a divisive processes among the Angami in future. Therefore – the N.N.C warned V.Nagi not to create any more confusions on the N.N.C if you violated the Yehzabo as mentioned earlier you will face the consequences any time (sic),” it stated
